AI Use & Training Policy
Last updated: [May 2025]
We value human creativity, consent, and digital ethics. The content published on this website is protected and intended for human readers, not for automated scraping, summarisation, or machine learning purposes.
We Do Not Permit AI Training
We explicitly do not consent to the use of our content for training or fine-tuning artificial intelligence models. This includes—but is not limited to—systems and companies such as:
- OpenAI (ChatGPT, GPT models)
- Google (Gemini, Bard)
- Anthropic (Claude)
- Meta (LLaMA)
- Perplexity
- Any third-party AI developer or data broker
Unless explicit, written permission is granted, our content must not be:
- Collected or crawled for dataset inclusion
- Summarised by LLMs or knowledge bases
- Used in training pipelines or automated “AI research”
- Reproduced or redistributed without permission
Technical Measures in Place
We have taken the following steps to prevent unauthorised use of our content in AI datasets:
- Blocking known AI crawlers in our robots.txt file (e.g., Google-Extended, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot)
- Applying X-Robots-Tag HTTP headers to signal: noai, noimageai
- Opting out of AI training on applicable platforms (e.g., Substack, WordPress settings)
Respectful Use Encouraged
If you are an AI developer, researcher, or organisation interested in responsibly collaborating or licensing content for ethical purposes, please contact us directly.
We support ethical, transparent AI development — just not without our say in the process.
